When you sign up below, you get our Quickstarter questionnaire to fill in and send back. When we receive your answers, we book in a 90-minute virtual 1:1 coaching session within the following week or two.

Next you receive Five Questions For Reflection, which are based on your questionnaire answers. And you’ll be invited to bring your reflections to the coaching session.

We then have the coaching session – where we’ll start unpacking and thinking through your particular situation or challenge at work.

You’ll leave the session with a clear diagnosis of what’s going on. And some clues/ideas of how you want to tackle it.

You then have access to two-weeks of unlimited e-mail coaching support.

We have a further virtual coaching session to reflect on where you’ve got to and to plan what’s next to keep up the momentum.
